Hi, I’m Leigh!

I’m a healthcare leader and life strategist living in Atlanta, GA and I’ve been working with families, couples and individuals for over 20 years.

I believe that “finding” LOVE is a journey and even when you find “the one” it still takes work! I believe that we are constantly evolving as individuals, which affects how we show up in relationships.

When it comes to thriving in healthy relationships. I have great examples of how it’s done right, and……well, some “not so great” examples.

My goal is to help you determine where you are on your journey, create strategies to support how you give love and receive love, provide tips on effective communication, and share lessons I’ve learned along the way on my journey to LOVE.
